FOCA's popular liability insurance programs provide FOCA member associations with access to unmatched protection at competitive prices. Our program provides coverage applicable to Lake Associations, Road Associations, Land Ownership Associations or Trusts, plus coverage for Directors and Officers.
We encourage our member associations to take the steps to protect our volunteers. Understanding your risks and using the appropriate tools to reduce them are an important step in defining your insurance coverage requirements.
FOCA's liability insurance programs for associations are an important part of the value FOCA delivers to Ontario's waterfront community.

Developed through extensive collaboration with Atrens-Counsel Insurance Brokers Inc., the 2011 FOCA Liability Insurance Program offers improved coverage and enhanced limits at premium levels that we have managed to maintain at very competitive rates. FOCA member policies are held by Aviva Canada Inc., the second largest insurer in Canada and the fifth largest company operating worldwide.
