There will be several MAJOR ROAD CLOSURES in Toronto on September 27. The Toronto Waterfront Marathon starts at City Hall and encompasses Bay street, Queen and the Lakeshore. And in the north half of Queen’s Park, a large book festival has Queen’s Park Circle closed from Wellesley up to Bloor.
