Federal MP says "absolutely" there will be user fees; Parks Canada CEO says there will be NO USER FEES! Confused yet?

Despite what MP Del Mastro says, FOCA has heard quite vocally from our members opposing additional user fees on local property owners to support Canada's heritage waterways. This has been very clear at the recent meetings, in Lindsay, and Washago, too...
