As part of FOCA’s services we provide some relevant information and guidance for our association members.You are welcome to use any of the information available here that you may find useful.
We encourage our members to share their experiences, case studies, and their approaches to challenges which could be used for the benefit of others.
Association Bylaws Example: Click here for an example of a recently revised constitution and bylaws, provided by FOCA Member Ross Morton of the North Pigeon Lake Ratepayers Association. You are welcome to use these as generic guidance for your own group, adding whatever nuances or specific details that suit your situation.
